Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only, but please note that we aim to ship internationally soon.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Please allow for 7-10 business days before shipping for made-to-order pieces.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs.  

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. For the safety of your package, we require signature upon delivery. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Soft Relic is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
